Dear Delaware Athletes,
For those of you interested in competing in the 2025 National Senior Games in Des Moines, Iowa, the National Senior Games Association recently announced the addition of five sports and four events for the 2025 Games.
The new sports and events, listed below, will be open to all athletes in 2025 and not require qualification at an NSGA-sanctioned Senior Games in 2024.

The NSGA also announced two sports and one event that will be offered for a final time at Nationals in 2025 and be removed from competition beginning with the 2027 National Senior Games. The 2025 National Senior Games will be the last year Racquetball, Race Walk and Hammer Throw are contested at Nationals.
