After learning the game in Palm Spring, CA in March of 2012, I introduced Pickleball to my friends in the Rehoboth area and it was an immediate success. As a result of tremendous interest in playing, I organized the Sawgrass Women's Pickleball club. We play twice a week outdoors at the Sawgrass South Pickleball Courts and indoors at Epworth UM Church and The Factory. Unfortunately due to limited court space our Club is currently closed to new members but we have an active sub list and each season add new members. In April, 2014, I became a USAPA Pickleball Ambassador. I've conducted pickleball clinics at Sawgrass, Kings Creek CC of RB and Mission Hills CC in Palm Springs, CA. I conducted Pickleball clinics for Women's Fest and organized the first annual Women's Fest Pickleball Tournament in 2015. I assisted the Independence Community of Millsboro to start a Pickleball Group and conducted clinics. For the past two years I was a volunteer at the DE Senior Olympics Pickleball tournament.
